Day 12: Treat Bags

This sweet treat bag is sure to be a hit for trick or treating. Anita Mills  has another suggestion for her trick or treat bag too, "It looks like a tootsie roll and is made from the beach comber, just add a handle and after they could take the handle off and use it as a hat/neck warmer." She used the hat/neckwarmer size. The matching boot cuff size could be turned into a tiny treat bag for neighbor and teacher gifts.
